Obligations and prohibitions for the participant of the event

The event participant is obliged to:

a) follow the instructions of the event organizer, members of the organizing service, members of the Police Force, members of the municipal police and the supervisory body and refrain from anything that disturbs the public order or the peaceful course of the event,

b) refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages during the event, if the municipality has issued a ban on the sale, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event and the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances during the event,

c) to tolerate the acts of a member of the organizing service related to the breach of the obligation of the participant of the event in the exercise of rights and fulfillment of the obligations of the member of the organizing service according to § 14,

d) leave the venue calmly after the end of the event,

e) to obtain a ticket for the sector reserved for spectators supporting the team or the individual it supports, in the case of a risky event or an event at which the tickets were issued in name and surname.

The event participant is prohibited from:

a) bringing to the venue of the event or use a pyrotechnic article, balaclava, firearm, cold weapon or other thing that can make an attack against the body more pronounced, except for their use in sports activities,

b) attending the event under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances,

c) bringing alcoholic beverages to the event, if the municipality has issued a ban on the sale, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event or bring alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content higher than 4.1% by volume to the risk event,

d) have a covered face in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to identify it; this does not apply in the case of the use of preventive and other protective equipment to the extent resulting from an obligation or recommendation established by measures pursuant to a special regulation, 12a)

e) use the national symbols of foreign states or their predecessors in a derogatory or other way that can be used to disrupt public order or endanger the proper conduct of a domestic event, even while moving to or from the venue, in public transport areas and in public transport,

f) to bring state symbols of foreign states or their predecessors to a domestic event, which may violate public order or endanger the safety, health or morals of the participants of the event,

g) to bring written, graphic, visual, audio or video-audio copy to the event

     1. texts and declarations, flags, insignia, slogans or symbols of groups or movements and their programs or ideologies aimed at the suppression of fundamental human rights and freedoms,

     2. advocating, promoting or inciting hatred, violence or unjustifiably different treatment of a group of persons or an individual on the basis of their race, sex, nation, nationality, color, ethnic group, origin or religion,

h) enter the competition area at the time of the event without the consent of the organizer,

i) throw objects into the competition area.

In addition, the Mirza Delibašić" Skenderija Sarajevo has its own visiting and organizational rules, which must be respected.
